Gross Import and Export Value exceeded 1800 billion USD during the First Half Year, up by 8%

Since this year, overall import and export trade in goods was stable and increasing, presenting the steady state at the low level. According to the customs statistics, from January to June, gross import and export value amounted 1839.84 billion USD, compared with the same time last year (similarly hereinafter) grew 8%. Of which, exports 954.38 billion USD, increased 9.2%; imports 885.46 billion USD, up by 6.7%. Accumulation trade surplus attained 68.92 billion USD, compared with the same time last year grew 56.4%.

In June, the customs statistical data demonstrated that gross imports and exports achieved 328.68 billion USD, grew 9% year-on-year. Of which, exports attained 180.21 billion USD, increased 11.3%; imports attained 148.48 billion USD, up by 6.3%. And the trade surplus attained 31.73 billion USD, compared with the same time last year grew 42.9%.
